About

An award winning luxury interior design practice, based in Saudi Arabia. Specializing in high-end commercial, retail and residential interiors worldwide. 

Our interior design team has built a reputation as "The curators of the unexpected" with a client portfolio including governmental sectors, real estate, award-winning developers and private high-net-worth individuals looking to create unprecedented interiors tailored to their needs and aspirations.

Strategy 

At this stage, we start out by conducting a detail brief from the client in a discussion session to start the design process and to ensure we incapsulate all important project details and client aspirations.

Concept Design 

Our strength lies in our ability to create creative design ideas that combine functionality with aesthetics resulting in a timeless sensory experience - not following trends. We start by reviewing architectural plans and other key elements and curate a the project visual concept through storytelling.

Detailed Design

Once the concept is approved by the client, we begin the detailed design stage where the project is developed through 3D renders and key project schedules. The client can start to visualise the space and have a better understanding of the materials and finishes used in alignment with our initial design concept.

Construction Documentation 

At this stage, we create a compiled document of all detailed drawings and BOQs to enable the project to go in tender/pricing by contractors involved. We may update some drawings set to reflect any changes needed, to maintain a seamless project execution and delivery.

Interior Supervision 

During the construction period, we schedule site visits of the site and working colesly with the contractor/s to ensure the design is followed as recieved with an observation of the supplied materials, finishes and many more key elements.

Procurement & Styling 

Our procurement services handles sourcing, ordering and overseeing products delivery and installation. At this stage, we make sure that all soft fit-out items and accessories are in place. 

We provide styling with a curated selection of art and accessories. Creating a unique experience within the space and a personalised touch for each project.

  • What is the difference between Full-Service Interior Design and Virtual Consultation?
    Full-Service Interior Design involves larger-scale projects and includes custome design package, site visits, project management, furniture sourcing, and one-site installation and styling. Virtual Consultations provide a remote solution for designing one space at a time to include furnished plans and shopping lists that you can implement at your own time and budget.
  • What is the cost of your design services?
    We offer Full-Service Interior Design, One-Site and Virtual Consultation, making sure our pricing is competitive and reflective of value. Our Full-Service Design is based on project's scale and scope of work involved. We can provide a tailored offer once we recieve all project details. Our One-Site Consultation rate starts at 1000 SAR and may vary depending on location. Finally, our Virtual Consultation is available at a flat rate of 500 SAR.
  • What is the typical timeline of a design project?
    For Full-Service Interior Design projects, we take from 45 to 60 working days (not including client revisions) and it may vary depending on the work scope, scale and complexity.
  • Is there an interior design style you specialize in?
    Working with us is not for the faint-hearted! We don’t follow trends, and no two projects are the same. In Sibyl, our design style is a unique blend of bespoke contemporary and maximalism, balancing functionality with aesthetics. Our skilled team of design professionals tailor their approach to meet each client's needs, considering every aspect of the project, from context, functionality to interior style and spirit.
  • What do i need to do to receive an offer?
    To get a design offer, you need to provide us with architectural plans, project area, location, project scope of work and contact information. Typically our response rate for an offer is within 48-hours.
