Our interior design team has built a reputation as "The curators of the unexpected" with a client portfolio including governmental sectors, real estate, award-winning developers and private high-net-worth individuals looking to create unprecedented interiors tailored to their needs and aspirations.

Strategy
At this stage, we start out by conducting a detail brief from the client in a discussion session to start the design process and to ensure we incapsulate all important project details and client aspirations.

Concept Design
Our strength lies in our ability to create creative design ideas that combine functionality with aesthetics resulting in a timeless sensory experience - not following trends. We start by reviewing architectural plans and other key elements and curate a the project visual concept through storytelling.

Detailed Design
Once the concept is approved by the client, we begin the detailed design stage where the project is developed through 3D renders and key project schedules. The client can start to visualise the space and have a better understanding of the materials and finishes used in alignment with our initial design concept.

Construction Documentation
At this stage, we create a compiled document of all detailed drawings and BOQs to enable the project to go in tender/pricing by contractors involved. We may update some drawings set to reflect any changes needed, to maintain a seamless project execution and delivery.

Interior Supervision
During the construction period, we schedule site visits of the site and working colesly with the contractor/s to ensure the design is followed as recieved with an observation of the supplied materials, finishes and many more key elements.

Procurement & Styling
Our procurement services handles sourcing, ordering and overseeing products delivery and installation. At this stage, we make sure that all soft fit-out items and accessories are in place.
We provide styling with a curated selection of art and accessories. Creating a unique experience within the space and a personalised touch for each project.
